ILL-LA-LA DESIGNS was founded in February 2008. It is a socially responsible clothing line seeking to make a difference through the Looks for Books project, and supporting local artisans in and outside Africa. It is sexy, eclectic, sophisticated and ideal for the individual who is fashionable and conscious. With a fusion of colorful vibrations and intricate patterns, ILL-LA-LA DESIGNS seeks to design for women and men who appreciate a perfect combination of simplicity and extravagance. ILL-LA-LA DESIGNS is..."WHAT YOU'VE BEEN WAITING FOR" At ILL-LA-LA DESIGNS we serve you better by providing: Sustainable services: We do our best to eliminate waste by recycling our packaging and “waste” materials. We source materials from as many areas native to them as possible and prefer those that are eco-friendly. Philanthropy: As a company that seeks to exist for humankind we are devoted to making a difference in the world we live in. We carry out this mission by supporting the Looks for Books educational project which continues to be successful in the provision of educational supplies for underprivileged children in Africa. We also take pride in contracting talented local artisans who receive fair wages for their work. A plight of the economy of developing nations partly comes from the staggering deficiency in ratio of locally produced goods to imports; and we want to do our part to begin to change that. We have so far used work from artisans in Ghana and Rwanda and hope to expand our positive impact on other parts of Africa and theirs on us. Excellent customer service: Treating you with respect and outermost service is important to us. Feel free to send as a message with questions and/or concerns. Thank you for visiting! |
